Peach, apple and strawberry smoothie

     Smoothies are great energy boosters. I usually drink a smoothie for breakfast or snack. I hope you will like this summer treat! :)
     You will need
2 peaches 
1 large apple 
1 1/4 cup of strawberries (mine where frozen)
1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
1 1/2 cups of ice 
Blender 
     First you want to peal and cut up your peaches and apple.


     Next measure out your strawberries and ice. Then put the apple, peaches, and ice into the blender. 


     Blend for 1-2 minutes. After that put in the strawberries and sugar. 

   
     Blend again for 1-2 minutes.


     Finally pour yourself a glass!

S'mores cupcakes

These cupcakes are SUPER easy to make. Tastes just like s'mores but less messy and you still get to roast your marshmallow!
Makes 12 cupcakes
You will need

7 whole graham crackers finely crushed
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
6 tablespoons of melted butter
2-3 milk chocolate candy bars (Hersheys)
12 large marshmallows
   
    Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and melted butter together until crumbly. Put a small scoop of these crumbs in a mini muffin tin and press down. Bake for 4-5 minutes. While cups are baking, break apart your candy bar into small rectangles. Remove cups from oven. After that you can top your cup with chocolate and a marshmallow then, return to the oven for 1-2 minutes. If you would rather roast your marshmallow you can do that to then, after done top with chocolate and a marshmallow. Store in airtight container for up to a week. Reheat these for a few seconds in a microwave. I hope you will enjoy this yummy s'mores desert!
